Roanapur, the fictional port located in Thailand, is the location for Black Lagoon. It is a hub for criminal enterprises, described as a 'ghost town' by the NSA and a 'den of vice' by Mr Chang. 'A modern day Libertalia.'

Feel free to post any opinions of this city and the way it runs, or just share some examples.
